The Expedition Single is 5.8m long & the finished weight is approximately 17.8kg, Like the Guillemot designs, the Expedition Single is stable for her width and has a smooth transition to final rest. Novices are comfortable with her balance and experienced paddlers are impressed with her performance.

The Great Auk is 5.2m long & with a finished weight of approximately 18.7kg it is Roomy, fast and stable, the Great Auk also tracks very straight. The long water line and clean entry allows her to cut through the water with a barely visible wake. A flared bow ensures a very dry ride, lifting over most waves with little effort.

Greenland Night Heron

 

The Greenland Night Heron is 5.5m long & with a finished weight of approximately 15.6kg, The deck of this design has been lowered behind the cockpit to ease layback rolls. The cockpit is also shorter to allow bracing anywhere under the foredeck. Since the hull is the same as the standard Night Heron, the performance is similar.

Guillemot

 

The Guillemot is 5.2m long & with a finished weight of approximately 14.9kg, it has a shallow V bottom and moderately hard chine, the Guillemot is comfortably stable and maneuverable. The volume is brought well into the ends for a smooth ride over waves and the low lines of the deck keep the boat out of the breeze for better balance in cross winds.

The High Capacity Great Auk is 5.5m long & with a finished weight of approximately 24.8kg, If you are going on months long tour up the inside passage you might want to carry a lot of supplies – this is the kayak to do it.
